Refund policy

Every Modern-End piece is handmade in small batches, which means each item is created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns.

If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to offer an exchange. To qualify:

• The piece must be new, unworn, and in original condition

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping

If you receive an item that arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.
